2. Products
The products offered are bags designed and handmade in Japan, using an artisanal approach. Each piece is made to order. No individual customization is offered.
3. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery costs are specified before the order is confirmed.
Maison Unité de Kyoto reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of the order.
4. Orders
The order is validated once full payment has been received.
Once confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled. As the products are made to order, no standard right of withdrawal applies (see article 8).
5. Payment
Payments are secured via the platforms available on our Shopify store (e.g., bank card, PayPal).
Bank details are never recorded.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the following countries: [to be completed].
Indicative production times: 2 to 4 weeks.
Indicative delivery times: 3 to 10 working days.
Maison Unité de Kyoto cannot be held responsible for any delays related to the carrier.
7. Reception
The customer is required to check the condition of the package upon delivery. In the event of a defective or damaged product, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours with supporting photos.
8. Returns
Our bags are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of obvious defect.

9. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (photos, texts, logo, designs) are protected.
Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
10. Personal data
Your data is used only within the framework of the commercial relationship.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, modify and delete your data.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
12. Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or has an obvious defect, we undertake to replace it or offer a suitable solution. The customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.
