At Maison Unité de Kyoto , each bag is made to order, as a unique piece, with materials chosen especially for you.

For this reason, our sales are considered final .

✦ No right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code , the right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured to order or clearly personalized .

As our bags are made after each order, no returns or exchanges can be accepted , except in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during transport.

✦ Damaged or defective item

If a product arrives damaged or has an obvious defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching clear photos of the packaging and bag.

We will assess the situation and propose an appropriate solution (repair, replacement or partial refund, as appropriate).
